Programme Schedule
Each year, RSECon aims to deliver a relevant, inclusive, and engaging conference experience for the RSE community, featuring a balanced and varied programme that caters to all roles and skill levels. We are committed to creating an environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can fully participate and contribute.
Live Stream
The live stream of our talks and workshops will be available through the Canapii app. You can connect to Canapii via the mobile app, or join in your web browser. Joining instructions will be sent to the email address you used during registration from [email protected], a few days before the conference.

Q&A
All Q&A sessions will run via Canapii for both in-person and remote participants. If you have a question please ask it through Canapii, and like other questions you want to hear answered. Session chairs will facilitate the Q&A, asking the speaker popular questions. You can connect to Canapii via the mobile app, or join in your web browser. Joining instructions will be sent to the email address you used during registration from [email protected], a few days before the conference.
Slack
Use the RSECon24 Slack Workspace for all other communications. This includes official #announcements, the #helpdesk, and channels for our distributed social on Wednesday evening.
Getting help
You can get help in-person by speaking to a committee member of conference volunteer who will be wearing purple t-shirts with our conference logo. You can also ask questions and get help from the organisers using the #helpdesk channel in our Slack Workspace.
