RSECon24 offers in-person attendance for £360, and remote attendance costs £180. SocRSE members (£20 annual fee) receive a 10% discount.
In-person attendance £360
Your ticket includes:
- Access to all talks, workshops and posters across all three days.
- Refreshments and lunch each day (Tuesday to Thursday).
- Welcome social on Monday 2nd, food provided.
- Networking social on Tuesday 3rd, food provided.
- Additional social options on Wednesday which will be self funded (free options available, but without food)
Remote attendance £180
Your ticket includes:
- Access to live streams of all talks and workshops. The stream will show speaker and slides and have the option of live AI subtitling
- Access to the same online Q&A platform as in-person attendees for all of these sessions
- Online poster session
- We are working on a plan for an online social event
Society of RSE member discount
A 10% discount is available for members of the Society of Research Software Engineering. If you are a member, the discount code has been emailed to you.

Bursary Application
We will be offering a limited number of bursaries for those who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference in-person. For more details please visit the Bursary page.
Refund Policy
We recognise that plans may need to change. However we also need to commit to expenditure for the conference based on the number of expected attendees and, the nearer to the conference that cancellations are made, the less likely it is that someone else will be able to attend in your place. We therefore have a sliding scale for refunds that looks to support changes in plans as late as we can, while also ensuring that the conference remains financially viable.
- Up to 30 June: 100% refund, less processing fees.
- Up to 31 July: 50% refund, less processing fees.
- From 01 August: No refunds except under the conference COVID-19 policy or other exceptional circumstances.
