The session is open to those new to meditation and those with experience. However, if you are recently bereaved or have an acute mental health condition, this session may not be appropriate for you. You do not need any special clothing and can sit on a chair or the floor. The session will be led by Anita Banerji, formerly an RSE and now social scientist for the Software Sustainability Institute.
